In luxury residential work, the rendering is often the first time an owner sees their finished home. On a high-end Palm Beach residence there is no margin for a generic image: the materials, proportions and light all have to read as the real, built house.

This is a look at the set of photorealistic 3D renderings Xrender Studio produced for the private residence at 1519 N Ocean Way, designed by SKA Architect + Planner, a Palm Beach firm known for luxury residences, renovations and historic restorations.

The project

1519 N Ocean Way is a private luxury residence in Palm Beach. We produced a set of photorealistic exterior views of the home in its setting, working from the architect's plans and material selections.

For a studio based in nearby West Palm Beach, this is exactly the kind of high-end residential work, and the local light and context, we know well.

The challenge

Luxury residential renderings are judged on three things:

  1. Material precision. Owners and architects at this level know their materials. The stone, glass, metal, roofing and landscaping have to match the real specifications, not approximations.

  2. Proportion and detail. A high-end home lives in its details: the cornices, the window profiles, the way the massing sits on the site. These have to be exactly right.

  3. Believable light. Palm Beach has a specific quality of coastal light. Getting it right is what makes an image read as a photograph of the finished home rather than a computer model.

Our approach

Before rendering anything, we read the plans and study the material selections, so the image reflects the actual design rather than an idealized version of it. From there:

  • Composition first. We establish the viewpoints that best present the home, and share early clay-model previews so the framing is agreed before we invest in detail.

  • Materials and light. We build the scene to real Palm Beach daylight and apply the specified materials.

  • Photorealistic rendering. We render in high resolution, with our technical team reviewing every image against our own quality bar before it reaches the client.

  • Two structured revision rounds, so the architect and owner always know where the project stands.

Our standard turnaround is about two weeks, with a fixed quote returned within 24 hours.

Why it matters for luxury residential

At this level, a rendering does real work: it lets owners make confident decisions on materials and design before construction, gives the architect a faithful presentation tool, and supports the design review and approval process. An image that is accurate and honest about its materials is worth far more than one that simply looks impressive.
