Naples Residence Rendering Case Study: 1566 Curlew Avenue

The project

1566 Curlew Avenue is a single family home in Naples. We produced a set of photorealistic views of the home, working from the design plans and material selections.

Naples has its own architectural language and its own coastal light, distinct from the Atlantic side of the state, and the renderings had to reflect that setting honestly.

The challenge

A design-led custom home like this puts the emphasis on:

• Material and finish accuracy. The selections have to read as the real, specified materials, so the images support genuine design decisions.
• Light and setting. Naples and the Gulf coast have a particular quality of light and landscape that the renderings need to capture to feel true to place.
• Design intent. The images have to communicate the character of the home, not just its geometry.
