Our work reaches across Florida, from the Atlantic coast to the Gulf. This case study looks at a single family home in Naples, on Florida's southwest coast, and the set of photorealistic 3D renderings we produced for it.
This is a look at the renderings Xrender Studio produced for the single family home at 1566 Curlew Avenue in Naples, Florida, designed by South Florida Design, Inc., a Bonita Springs firm that has been designing award-winning custom homes across South Florida for more than 30 years.
The project
1566 Curlew Avenue is a single family home in Naples. We produced a set of photorealistic views of the home, working from the design plans and material selections.
Naples has its own architectural language and its own coastal light, distinct from the Atlantic side of the state, and the renderings had to reflect that setting honestly.
The challenge
A design-led custom home like this puts the emphasis on:
Material and finish accuracy. The selections have to read as the real, specified materials, so the images support genuine design decisions.
Light and setting. Naples and the Gulf coast have a particular quality of light and landscape that the renderings need to capture to feel true to place.
Design intent. The images have to communicate the character of the home, not just its geometry.
Our approach
We start by reading the plans and studying the materials, so we understand the design before modeling it. From there:
Composition first, with early clay-model previews so framing is agreed before we invest in detail.
Materials and light, built to the real Gulf-coast setting and the specified finishes.
Photorealistic rendering, reviewed internally against our quality bar before it reaches the client.
Two structured revision rounds, so the process stays clear.
